- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes equipment needs to be exchanged or returned. Our tennis-savvy customer service team (many of whom are former players) will guide you through our straightforward process:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Compression wear
- Opened ball packages
- ITF-approved equipment (unless faulty)
- Custom-strung rackets (unless defective)

- Package your item: Securely repackage with all original contents

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Appearance of refund: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-3 additional business days to appear on your statement
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.
Exchanges

- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item using your preferred shipping method
For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order immediately and we’ll refund the original purchase once received.
