Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (including any product tags)
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on compression wear, ball packages (opened), or ITF-approved equipment unless faulty. Custom-strung rackets are also non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your return request using the template below
  2. Wait for authorization: Our customer service team (many of whom are former players) will respond within 2 business hours with return instructions
  3. Package your item: Securely repackage the item with all original contents
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our UK facility (address below) using a trackable service

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Appearance of refund: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-3 additional business days to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or model? We’ll happily exchange your item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item using your preferred shipping method

For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order immediately and we’ll refund the original purchase once received.
